Allegro is one of the first, most important  addition at Weimpoint. My main goal was to bring to Europe new quality blood: a  stud - that would do positive influences (with his quality American-Brazilian  line pedigree, his body structure and lovely temperament) on weimaraner breeding  program in Europe.  

As soon as he arrived from sunny Brazil to  cold Croatia in January 2006, only three months later, he started an impressive,  outstanding  show career, that was not  expected in such overwhelming wave and that will always be remembered with  strong heartbeat of all those, who have accompanied Allegro on his first  outbreaks.

In only one year of showing, at a very  young age between 9 and 18 months, Allegro has achieved enviable results. At the  age of only 9 months, he wins BEST IN  SHOW SPECIALTY 3rd in Croatia. Then, one month later, he wins Res. BEST IN SHOW SPECIALTY in Slovenia and at the same time he finishes his Croatian, Slovenian and BIH Junior  Champion titles with ease. He also wins vertiginously numerous BEST JUNIOR IN SHOW, BEST IN GROUP, R. BEST IN SHOW ALL  BREEDS, R. BEST OF DAY across Croatia, Slovenia, BIH…

Just few months later, at still very young  age of only 15 months, on his first show in Austria, on famous Bundessiegershow 06’ (entered in  junior class), judge Mr. Horst Kliebenstein from Germany awarded Allegro with Jugendbundessieger 06’, BOB over champion and BEST IN SHOW ALL BREEDS out of 3.000 dogs entered!!!

Than again, just one week later, Allegro  staggeres the show scene again: on Middle-East  European Dogshow in Budapest, Hungary he wins again BOB over champion and BEST IN SHOW ALL BREEDS out of 2.000 dogs entered!!! That day he was judged by three different judges: breed  judge Mr. Kardos Vilmos from Hungary, group judge Mr. Mahmoud Al Daghistani from Montenegro and Best in Show judge Mrs Libuse Ubrova from Czech republic.

In November 2006 Allegro participates on World Dog Show in Poznan where over 20.000 dogs were entered, among  those 118 weimaraner entries – and  he does it again, with style! Allegro becomes JUNIOR WORLD WINNER 06’ under Judge Mr. Horst Kliebenstein (D).

In year 2007 we decided to give Allegro a  short break by dividing and reducing the amount of dog shows for him, focused  more on upgrading his hunting skills and showing him from time to time, on some  new shows of bigger importance and in other countries like Austria, Hungary,  Monaco, Italy… For two months, every weekend we have been traveling with Allegro to training sessions with our friends Brane and Primoz in Kranj, Slovenia. Allegro has been practicing everything: from field search, steadiness on point, retrieving from the land and the water, search of wounded and shot game, till blood tracking -where he showed more than excellent skills. Hereby I would like to say big THANK YOU to Brane and especially to Primoz, for his generous help, advices and support he gave us, especially when Allegro’s name was “mudded” by some who could not stand the fact that beautiful show dogs can do fine as hunting companions as well. And begin of this year ’07 became sort of a tradition for Allegro, by winning BEST IN SHOW SPECIALTY 3rd in Croatia again and by winning Res. BEST IN SHOW  SPECIALTY in Slovenia again!

As Allegro has moved with me to a new life  in Belgium, this summer 2007 we went to International  Dog Show in Umag, Croatia as a sort of “good-bye-homeland-show” and there  my big wish (that Allegro should win BIS in my homeland) came true: by winning  the Best in Group  under Judge Mr. Seamus Oates from Ireland and finally… by winning BEST OF DAY & BEST IN SHOW ALL BREEDS under Judge, the president of Croatian Kynologic Club Mr. Damir Skok.

No  wonder than, that Allegro earned this awards with ease: CROATIAN TOP WEIMARANER '06, SLOVENIAN TOP WEIMARANER '06 & HUNGARIAN TOP WEIMARANER '06

The Year 2008. (besides winning some placements in the group and bis placements in Belgium and Holland) Allegro has marked with impressive win at Dutch Nationals Weimaraner specialty where +140 weims were entered by winning the "Club Winner '08" title & BEST IN SHOW SPECIALTY under the breeder/judge S.Hollings from UK (Gunalt),

We can say, that we are really proud of Allegro of being such a nice Ambassador for the breed, also proud of him, as a top producer, what his progeny is already proving on prestige shows arround Europe, by following daddy's steps and winning so many BIS placements at a very young age….
